The homes are the offer
Two home sizes and nothing smaller than three bedrooms: The Pavilion — Three Bedroom Home and The Grandstand — Four Bedroom Home, every one with two full baths and central heat and air, in single-story ranch houses with attached garages and front porches or two-story duplex homes, all brick, all built in 2011.
Today's rents are on the availability page, straight from our leasing system. The Fair Grounds is an affordable community; income limits may apply — ask our team how it works for your household.
