Mayfair Management Group is the professional management company behind The Fair Grounds. Every Mayfair community runs on the same idea: well-kept homes, an office that answers, and a leasing process that starts with a conversation — a guest card and a chat, never pressure. Here, that means the same team looks after all thirty-two homes, from the ranch houses to the duplex homes.

Our corner of the family: thirty-two rental homes in the John F. Kennedy neighborhood of northeast Oklahoma City — eight single-story brick ranch houses with attached garages and covered front porches, and twelve two-story brick duplex buildings — all built in 2011 on about five acres, about half a mile from the site of the very first State Fair of Oklahoma. Every home has three or four bedrooms and two full baths. Income limits may apply, so ask our team.
