No pets at The Fair Grounds
Pets are not allowed in the homes at The Fair Grounds. We'd rather tell you that plainly before you fall in love with a home than after. If you have questions about what the lease allows, ask our team and they'll give it to you straight.
Assistance animals are not pets
Under fair housing law, service animals and support animals are welcome for residents who need them. They are not considered pets, so the no-pets policy does not apply to them. Talk with our team about the simple documentation process.
