Accessibility & fair housing
We want every neighbor — and every future neighbor — to feel welcome at The Fair Grounds, and to be able to reach us and learn about these homes with ease. This is our commitment to an accessible, fair, and friendly experience for all.
Equal housing opportunity
The Fair Grounds and Mayfair Management Group are committed to equal housing opportunity. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and with applicable Oklahoma fair housing law, and we welcome all applicants and residents. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. Income limits may apply to these homes — ask our team how it works for your household.
Making this website accessible
We want this site to be simple and comfortable to use, however you browse. We aim to follow recognized accessibility guidelines — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) — and we keep working to improve.
Keyboard-friendly
You can move through the pages, menus, and links using your keyboard, so a mouse is never required to find what you need. A “skip to main content” link sits at the top of every page.
Gentle on motion
If you've asked your device to reduce motion, we respect that preference and ease back the animations across the site.
Readable by design
We use clear type and readable color contrast so headings and text stay easy on the eyes, page after page, and the photographs of the homes carry written descriptions for screen readers.
Always improving
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox. We review the site over time and refine it as we learn and as standards grow.
Requesting a reasonable accommodation
If you need something on this site in another format, or if you'd like to request a reasonable accommodation in our rules, policies, or services — or a reasonable modification to a home or the grounds so you can fully use and enjoy it — we'd be happy to help. Just ask in whatever way is easiest for you. There's no special form and no fee to make the request, and asking never counts against an application.
Email us
Write to us any time and we'll follow up with care. Tell us what you need and the best way to reach you; if it helps to describe the barrier in your own words, that's plenty to start with.

By phone, call us at 405-266-6602. The office is open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Chat or send a note
Prefer to talk it through? Open a chat with Mira, our leasing assistant, any time, or send a message from the contact page — a real person on our team reads it and replies.
What happens next
We review every request individually and promptly, we'll tell you if we need anything to verify a disability-related need — only what fair housing law allows us to ask — and we keep what you share confidential. If a request can't be granted as written, we'll talk with you about another way to meet the same need.
Accessible features in the homes
The homes are single-story brick ranch houses with covered front porches and attached garages, and two-story brick duplex homes; which of them have accessible features, and what modifications are possible, isn't something we'll guess at in print — ask our team and we'll walk the specific home with you.
Assistance animals are always welcome
Under fair housing law, service animals and support animals are not pets. They are welcome for residents who need them even though The Fair Grounds does not allow pets — the no-pets policy does not apply to them, and there is no fee or deposit for one. Talk with our team about the simple documentation process; our pet policy page has more.
Tell us what's in the way
If you run into a barrier anywhere on this site or in reaching us, we truly want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us make things better for everyone who comes after.
However you'd like to reach us, we're here
