Why we ask

There are just two home sizes across our thirty-two homes — three-bedroom homes of about 1,419 to 1,489 square feet and four-bedroom homes of about 1,456 to 1,581, two full baths in every one, across the single-story ranch houses and the two-story duplex homes. Your household size and timing let us point you at the right home quickly instead of making you guess. (Listed on some sites as Fair Grounds / JFK Single Family — same homes.)
